Business Development Associate

Role Overview

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into enrolled students, and supporting the growth of Pipex Trading Academy’s training programs. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build trust with potential learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective students through calls, messages, email, and social media.
- Explain Pipex Trading Academy’s courses, training methods, and advantages clearly.
- Qualify leads and follow up consistently to improve conversions.
- Schedule counseling sessions and support the enrollment process.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM or lead records.
- Meet monthly sales and enrollment targets.




- Coordinate with the marketing and training teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Handle student queries professionally before and after enrollment.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, education, or financial training.
- Ability to work toward targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Confidence, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualification

- Any degree.
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, education marketing, or business development is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
