School Strength: Minimum 1200 students should have handled

Notice Period: One month or Serving Notice
Salary Range: ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,30,000 per month
Accommodation: Must be willing to relocate with family

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed CBSE school
- Robust academic background with the ability to lead and mentor faculty
- Should have handled PGT classes for a minimum of 5 years
- Proven track record in school administration, academic planning, and discipline management

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall academic and administrative leadership of the school
- Faculty mentoring, staff management, and ensuring curriculum implementation
- Parent and student engagement, ensuring discipline and performance
- Liaison with management, external agencies, and education boards
- Regular monitoring of school performance and implementing improvement plans
