Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Architect to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical proficiency, and most importantly — a positive, ownership-driven attitude with the desire to grow and contribute meaningfully to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on architectural design, detailing, and execution for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Prepare and present design concepts, working drawings, and 3D models.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Handle project documentation, BOQs, and drawing sets with precision and timeliness.
- Take initiative in solving design and technical challenges, ensuring smooth project progress.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD – Excellent drafting and detailing skills.
- SketchUp / Revit – Strong 3D modeling and visualization ability.




- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray – Rendering and presentation experience.
- Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator – For layouts, presentations, and conceptual graphics.
- MS Office – Basic documentation and reporting.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Arch. from a recognized university.
- 3–4 years of professional experience
