Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a boutique resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing resort operations, leading teams, and driving revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the resort, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Reservations.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Lead, train, and motivate resort staff to maintain excellent service standards.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
- Develop strategies to increase bookings and improve guest retention.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to promote the resort.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain resort facilities and ensure smooth operational efficiency.




- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within a boutique resort, hotel, or hospitality industry.
