Role Overview
Mazenet Solution is looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies. Screen resumes and Conduct initial candidate discussions to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Handle multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closure of positions. Build and maintain robust candidate relationships. Achieve recruitment targets and support business hiring needs.





Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment. Hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment. Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes. Experience working with Naukri and other job portals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize tasks. Good negotiation and coordination skills. www.mazenet.com Preferred Skills Experience in IT staffing / workforce solutions. Knowledge of technical hiring (Java, .NET, Cloud, Testing, Data, etc.).

Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment. Education Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA (HR) preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
