Digital Marketing/Advertising/Startup agency experience is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
Team Management & Performance Coordination
Attendance, Leave & HR Administration
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
HR Policies, SOPs & Process Improvement
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong ownership and multitasking ability
Experience managing people and HR operations
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Important Information
Work From Office (Noida)
6 Days Working (Monday–Saturday)




Candidates from Noida/Delhi NCR preferred
Agency experience will be given preference
Must be comfortable managing people, operations, and recruitment.
