JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy Inventory & Merchandising Executive to manage our stock, product planning, and collection flow. If you love keeping things perfectly organized, understand fashion, and want a stable growing career in a luxury brand — this role is made for you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage day-to-day inventory of ethnic & bridal wear products
- Track stock levels, monitor movement & raise replenishment orders on time
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely product delivery
- Work with design and production teams for smooth collection launches
- Identify fast-selling and slow-moving products and report findings
- Ensure products are stored, tagged & displayed as per brand standards
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly stock and MIS reports
- Support the sales team with product availability and stock updates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–4 years of experience in inventory, stock management or merchandising (fashion/retail preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of ethnic & traditional Indian wear market
- Eye for detail and accuracy in stock records
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
