- Prepare metal parts by cleaning, degreasing, and masking before coating.
- Operate powder coating spray guns and coating equipment.
- Apply powder coating uniformly according to production drawings and specifications.
- Monitor coating thickness and finish quality.
- Load and unload components from the coating line.
- Ensure proper curing by operating curing ovens and monitoring temperature and cycle time.
- Inspect finished products for defects such as uneven coating, pinholes, orange peel, scratches, or contamination.
- Perform touch-ups and rework when required.
- Maintain daily production records and quality check reports.
- Clean and maintain powder coating booths, spray guns, and other equipment.
- Follow 5S, safety, and PPE guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to meet production targets.
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
