Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily kitchen and food service operations.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served according to patient dietary plans and nutrition guidelines.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (as per healthcare regulations).
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Coordinate with dietitians and healthcare staff for special dietary requirements.
- Manage and train F&B; staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
- Handle inventory control, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure timely meal delivery to patients and hospital departments.
- Address patient and staff feedback regarding food services.
- PR, PO & GRN Knowledge is mandatory
