Matrix Exports is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and career-oriented interns who are eager to gain real-world experience in Government Tenders, Procurement, Export Operations, and Business Documentation.
As an intern, you will work closely with our team and gain hands-on exposure to the complete tender procurement process, vendor coordination, quotation management, and export documentation. This internship offers an excellent prospect to develop practical business skills while working on live projects with government and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify suppliers across India based on product requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Assist in Government Tender (GeM) procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product specifications and pricing.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, reports, and documentation.
- Support export documentation and business operations.
- Conduct market research and vendor development.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
