Key Responsibilities

Commercial and Territory Ownership

- Achieve and exceed assigned territory sales targets across the full product portfolio.
- Own the complete account lifecycle: prospecting, funnel progression, closing and retention.
- Identify and reactivate dormant or at risk accounts, and drive activation of new accounts.
- Manage the territory through disciplined daily call planning and accurate reporting.

Clinical and Scientific Engagement

- Provide bedside and procedural support for blood purification therapies in ICU, dialysis and

operating theatre settings.

- Deliver product training to intensivists, nephrologists, hepatologists, cardiac surgeons,

perfusionists and dialysis nurses and technicians.

- Build and progress KOL relationships and support their scientific engagement and advocacy.
- Plan and execute CMEs, round table meetings and clinical education activities within the territory.
- Support correct clinical positioning across the portfolio, including HA130, HA230, HA330-II, HA380,

HA60, BS330, BS80 and the DPMAS system.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences,



Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or a related field. A

perfusion, dialysis or renal technology background is an advantage.

- At least 2 years of field sales experience in medical devices, preferably in critical care, dialysis,

renal or hospital based consumables.

- Demonstrated ability to sell in clinical and ICU environments and to engage senior clinicians.

Preferred / Desirable

- Existing relationships with critical care, nephrology or hepatology KOLs in the territory.
- Working understanding of extracorporeal therapies, CRRT or blood purification.
- Experience organising and delivering clinical education or CME programs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
