*IT Executive - Infrastructure*

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Hardware & Networking IT Executive to manage, maintain, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hardware installation, network administration, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

* Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.

* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

* Provide technical support to employees and respond to IT service requests promptly.

* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

* Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.

* Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and repairs.

* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.





* Ensure network security and implement best practices for data protection.

* Support CCTV systems, biometric devices, Security Alarm and other network-connected equipment when required.

*Requirements*

* Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in hardware and networking support.

* Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware and networking concepts.

* Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking.

* Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus solutions and backup systems is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of server administration and network security.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
