Junior Accountant Executive: (Prior Experience with Tally ERP)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience with Tally ERP, Busy, or other accounting software is preferred.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist in tax documentation.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Assist in monthly closing and MIS report preparation.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors as required.

Eligibility:





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of accounting experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with Tally ERP, Busy, or other accounting software is preferred.
