The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy. The role involves market research, sales planning, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activities
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
