Role Overview : Support technical integrations by documenting endpoints, flows, and requirements; assist engineers and help configure vendor solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Document technical integration requirements, API endpoints, and process flows.
- Work closely with engineers to facilitate development and ensure clarity in technical documentation.
- Assist in configuring and standing up vendor products and solutions.
- Provide business domain expertise, ideally in anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) compliance processes.
- Support project management and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience as a technical business analyst in integration projects.
- Robust documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in Hyderabad office and overlap with EMEA hours as needed.
