Job Summary

Getin Technologies, a division of Getintech Education Private Limited, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Agentic AI Trainer to deliver industry-focused training programs for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and up-to-date AI frameworks. The trainer should be capable of delivering engaging, hands-on sessions that enable learners to build real-world AI-powered applications and intelligent autonomous agents.

Our Requirements

- 1–3 years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI automation frameworks.




- Experience in developing AI-powered applications and intelligent agent workflows.
- Ability to deliver engaging online training sessions with hands-on coding demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to mentor students, guide them through real-world AI projects, and support interview and placement preparation.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver live online training sessions on Agentic AI concepts and real-world applications.
- Train students in building AI Agents, RAG-based applications, and LLM-powered solutions.
- Conduct practical coding sessions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
- Guide students in capstone projects and portfolio development.
- Support students with interview preparation and placement readiness.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling, student progress tracking, and course delivery.

Employment Type

Full-Time

- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day

Part-Time

Suitable for working professionals.

- Weekdays: 1 hour per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day

Mode of Training

- Online

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications or hands-on project experience in Generative AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, n8n, Python, or Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.
