Housekeeping Supervisor (School) – Preference to Hotel Industry Candidates

Aravali International School, Faridabad, is inviting applications for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility management across our school campus.

Location: Aravali International School, Faridabad

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across classrooms, administrative offices, laboratories, washrooms, corridors, cafeterias, and common areas.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, chemicals, consumables, and housekeeping equipment.
- Coordinate with the Administration and Maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep of school facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Candidates with experience in reputed hotels, hospitality, hospitals, or large institutional facilities will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, cleaning chemicals, machinery, inventory management, and hygiene standards.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.
