Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, customer communication, and delivery-related activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, recoveries, and operational activities.
- Maintain operational MIS and perform basic Excel and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Prepare and manage operational email communications.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and stakeholders.
- Support smooth warehouse operations and resolve day-to-day issues.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse Coordination,
or Backend Operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working from warehouse locations.
- Willing to work rotational shifts and weekends (weekly off on weekdays).
