About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer with solid experience in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must have a solid architectural background, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to convert client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and technically sound design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Client Coordination

- Interact with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- Translate requirements into concepts, layouts, and final design solutions.
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, and design proposals.
- Present design ideas clearly and confidently to clients.

2. Technical Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare detailed working drawings, including:
- Flooring plans
- Ceiling layouts
- Electrical & lighting layouts
- Carpentry and modular furniture drawings
- Cut-list drawings for production
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, and ready for site execution or factory production.

3. Site Coordination & Execution Support

- Conduct regular site visits to review work progress and ensure design adherence.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.




- Provide clarifications and design modifications whenever required.
- Ensure timely execution aligned with project timelines.

4. Material Knowledge & Market Awareness

- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, and modular components.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Recommend materials based on design intent, durability, and project budget.

5. Project Management & BOQ Preparation

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for the purchase team.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
- Proven experience handling end-to-end interior design for residential & commercial projects.
- Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, specifications, modular standards, and site execution processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and lead discussions with clients and site teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Interior design, 2D & 3D: 4 years (Required)
