To be responsible for planning of orders in hand for effective, outline and cost-effective execution of orders/projects in hand by way of material planning, resources planning, make or buy decision, handholding with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To be the technical backbone of project/order allocated for error-free and timely execution.
- To be responsible for materials planning, raise purchase requisition, in process outsourcing
stages, smooth completion till dispatch.( BOM Preparation, Cutting Layout, DXF, R/M
Calculation)
- Assist purchase department with reference to techniques requirement of the project (PR to PO,
PO to GR, QC Clearance).
- Build reliable vendor base by way of identifying strengths of current/new suppliers to meet
production targets and exigencies.




- To develop trust with customer by maintaining continuous and healthy communication and
Weekly and periodical reporting.
- To do budgeting of the project before execution, obtaining approval and execute it well within
budget.
- To follow SAP-B1 ERP for effective expectation.
- To be motivated, enthusiastic team member setting benchmark for new recruits.
