We are seeking a results-driven and creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics. This role requires strong analytical skills, campaign management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
- Oversee website updates and landing page optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience





- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or agency environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in improving website traffic, generating leads, and achieving campaign ROI.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
- MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
