We're looking for an experienced SEO professional who can take ownership of our organic growth strategy, improve search visibility, and generate qualified leads through technical excellence and high-quality content.

What You'll DoTechnical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing and rendering issues.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile performance.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, structured data and internal linking.
- Monitor website health using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.

Content & On-Page SEO

- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
- Create SEO strategies, content calendars and topical clusters.
- Write, edit and optimise blogs, landing pages and website content.
- Improve existing content using E-E-A-T, semantic SEO and entity optimisation.
- Optimise pages for AI Overviews, Featured Snippets and modern search experiences.

Off-Page SEO

- Develop ethical link-building strategies.
- Identify backlink opportunities and monitor backlink quality.
- Support digital PR and authority-building initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track rankings, traffic, conversions and user behaviour.
- Deliver weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data and business impact.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

- 3+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
- Strong technical SEO expertise.
- Excellent content writing and SEO copywriting skills.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog,



Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity and Google Keyword Planner.
- Positive understanding of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates.

Desirable

- Programmatic SEO.
- Log file analysis.
- Python or SQL for SEO automation.
- Local and International SEO.
- AI-driven SEO and LLM optimisation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, AI Overviews).
- Experience with schema implementation and website migrations.
