Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications within existing systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Appdynamics APM, Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident response methodologies.
- Experience in automating deployment and configuration management processes.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration technologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.

- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
