Telecalling Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in the company's database.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification:



12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and good listening skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
