Job description
We are seeking agile and motivated Credit Control Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to do collection through phone calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
Hindi and Tamil will be an add benefit.

- Conduct collection via phone calls.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tele-calling or Collection is preferred.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
