We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, statutory records, and financial reporting while coordinating with sales, operations, and external accountants.
Key Responsibilities
- Record purchase, sales and expense entries.
- Generate GST-compliant invoices.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Bank and payment reconciliations.
- Maintain cash flow records.
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with CA for monthly/annual compliance.
- Maintain inventory-related financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports and support audits.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally/Zoho Books or similar.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books/MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.).
- Knowledge of inventory accounting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
