1. Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.

2. Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and training as needed.

3. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.

6. Analyze quality data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Develop and manage quality budgets and resources.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, FDA, and other relevant standards.

9. Handle customer complaints independently and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

10. Improve process areas, including risk assessment, to minimize rejection and process failure.

11. Implement 5S methodology to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
