Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate course information.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any discipline).
- Previous experience in telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, and Punjabi preferred).
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
