Job Description

We are seeking a agile and tech-savvy HR Generalist to join our IT services team. You will manage core HR operations—from full-cycle recruitment of tech talent and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate ensures a positive workplace culture and aligns HR policies with our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Handle job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Facilitate smooth orientation programs to integrate new hires into the company’s tech culture.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment through team-building activities and engagement programs.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover metrics, and implement retention strategies.

Performance Management

- Administer the performance review process (e.g., goal setting, OKRs,



and continuous feedback cycles) for developers, engineers, and support staff.
- Guide managers through performance improvement plans (PIPs) and career progression frameworks.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure strict adherence to labour laws, statutory compliances, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within an IT, software, or tech services environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage confidential information professionally
