JD:

Ø Commissioning of new equipment with warranty registration forms duly signed by customer, TPH calculation, training to operating crew at site end on good/ bad operation and maintenance, periodic maintenance practices system.

Ø Post commissioning follow up on running, performance and equipment related issues-initially twice in a week for first month, later weekly once for three months.

Ø Warranty failures-attend warranty complaints on utmost priority

Ø Customer complaint- to study customer complaints and inform customer about the further action.

Ø Service report- To generate service report on each visit with a copy to customer

Ø Warranty failure analysis – To analyze warranty failures after rectification and keep the record for future reference.

Ø Equipment history – to keep the history of equipment for reference.

Ø Knowledge sharing – share the sire experience on failures and rectification action, which acts as reference to other service person.





Ø Report – to report verbally/ SMS/Mail to hirer key on day-to-day activity/ hurdles.

Ø Improvement – suggest design and production department for changes if any.

Ø Customer – to enhance customer satisfaction thru technical knowledge, skills, customer orientation, compliant management, quality service, customer training.

Ø Spares – To recommend wear parts and spares during site visit. To update customer on pros and cons on usage of pirated spares/ wears with respect to equipment life and support. Keeping customer requirement in consideration to generate maximum spares and service revenue.

Ø Safety – To train customer on safety of men around the machine and equipment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
