Customer Support Executive (US Shift) – Ranchi (In-office)

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (In-office : Relocation to Ranchi is mandatory)

About the Role

Optra Intercom (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to international customers, resolve product-related issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Candidates: Applicants from the North-East region (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, application, and basic technical issues.
- Guide customers through product installation, setup, and configuration.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.




- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate support records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are completely resolved.
- Stay updated on company products, features, and technical documentation.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Eligibility:

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Tele calling.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (graduates from any discipline can apply).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
