Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and scale our presence across major online marketplaces.

Key Highlight:
We strongly prefer candidates with prior experience in the medicine/pharma industry and hands-on exposure to platforms like Tata 1mg, Apollo Pharmacy, and PharmEasy.

The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in managing listings, ads, inventory, and performance across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on driving revenue and optimizing marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage and optimize listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit, along with pharma marketplaces such as Tata 1mg, Apollo, PharmEasy etc.,
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, especially for healthcare/medicine categories

Performance & Growth

- Plan and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and conversions
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing products

Advertising & Promotions

- Manage marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit ads etc.)
- Plan campaigns, discounts, and healthcare-focused promotions
- Optimize ad spend,



CAC, and ROAS

Inventory & Operations

- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams
- Ensure stock availability and manage inventory efficiently
- Handle returns, refunds, and order fulfillment issues

Reporting & Analytics

- Track KPIs like sales, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, etc.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Optimize product listings (content, images, SEO)
- Monitor account health, ratings, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce operations
- Prior experience in the medicine/pharma industry is highly preferred
- Robust experience with marketplaces, especially Tata 1mg, Apollo, PharmEasy
- Good understanding of inventory planning, pricing, and logistics in regulated categories
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize performance metrics
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and scale online sales
