We require one Chartered Accountant having good knowledge of the Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and other functions. Should be well versed with the Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Business Law, Taxation, Auditing Standards. Should be able to manage team of 6-10 people to monitor accounting/auditing/taxation of our various clients. Should also have hands on experiance with handling complex transactions, finalisation of accounts, TDS returns, Service Tax Returns, Income Tax Returns, etc. The person should be versatile in terms of commuting, travelling, timing etc.
