Job Overview:

We are in search of a versatile ERP Business Analyst with 0 to 1year of experience who excels in client interactions, possesses a solid understanding of ERP systems, and is well-versed in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves working closely with clients, guiding them through the entire project life cycle, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
- ERP Tools Expertise: Utilize your expertise in ERP tools to analyze, configure, and optimize system functionalities.
- GAP Analysis: Perform GAP analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, proposing effective solutions to bridge the gaps.
- Data Analysis: Leverage Excel and other analytical tools to manipulate and analyze data for decision-making purposes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams.




- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions, addressing any issues that may arise during the process.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new or enhanced systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 0 -1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP tools and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to perform GAP analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience in eCommerce domain is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client premises up to 50% of the time.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
