Job Responsibilities:

- Hands on experience on Cisco Switches and Routers, Fortinet Firewall, M365, Azure.
- Manage Monitoring and Maintenance of network and security technologies such as VPN, Firewalls and encryption.
- Excellent Knowledge on M365 Administration & Support.
- Must have knowledge about the Network Attached Storage.
- VoIP Experience.
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, and intranet systems.
- Troubleshooting Computer, VoIP Phones/Devices, Routers, Switches, etc.
- Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
- Experience with Onboarding to Microsoft 365, Exchange Online Protection, SMTP, Massaging routing, email archiving.
- Lead Active Directory design,



implementation and support, On-premises & Cloud
- Knowledge on Active Directory and directory synchronization between AD and M365
- Develop, document and maintain corporate security policies and procedures that support Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades.
