About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in US Staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess robust sourcing skills, hands-on experience with various job portals, and a solid understanding of the US recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.

*

Source and identify candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

*

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

*

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

*

Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

*

Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong relationships.

*

Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

*

Maintain candidate records and update ATS/CRM systems.

*

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

*

Ensure timely closures and achieve individual and team hiring targets.

Required Skills




✔ 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing

✔ Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models

✔ Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed

✔ Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing techniques

✔ Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to work in US shift timings and a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience working with ATS/CRM tools.

Knowledge of various IT technologies and market trends.

Strong understanding of visa types and the US hiring process.
