Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

- Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- Drive concept design, schematic planning, design development, and construction documentation.
- Ensure innovative, sustainable, and functional design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain design quality and consistency across projects.

Project Planning & Execution

- Coordinate with engineering, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure projects comply with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support site teams during execution and resolve architectural and design-related challenges.

Regulatory & Compliance Management

- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, zoning laws, fire safety norms, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities and consultants for approvals and clearances.
- Review and approve authority submission drawings.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Collaborate with developers, project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Participate in client presentations and design review meetings.




- Provide architectural guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Sustainable & Smart Design

- Integrate sustainable design practices and green building concepts.
- Promote energy-efficient and environmentally responsible solutions.
- Support smart building and future-ready infrastructure initiatives.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor architects, designers, and drafting teams.
- Establish design processes, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).
- 15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong experience in real estate and construction projects.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
