Sr. Automation Quality Engineer (7-12 Years)

- Framework Development Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and security testing, covering React UIs, Java APIs, and Oracle backend services.
- Hands-on Test Automation Actively writing, executing, and maintaining complex automated test scripts primarily using Java, Selenium for UI automation and RestAssured for API automation.
- CI/CD Integration Drive the seamless integration of automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling rapid feedback loops and continuous quality validation for Java-based applications.
- Test Data Management Implement effective strategies for synthetic test data generation and management to support diverse and comprehensive testing scenarios across Oracle databases and React UI components.
- Test Reporting Establish and maintain robust reporting mechanisms for test execution results, defect trends, and quality metrics, providing actionable insights to project teams and stakeholders.




- Version Control Proficiency with Git (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab) for team-oriented code management.
- Test Management & Reporting Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray) and generating comprehensive quality metrics and reports.
- Team Mentorship & Guidance Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of automation QA engineers, fostering their technical growth, problem-solving skills, and adherence to best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate extensively with Java developers, React UI developers, Oracle DBAs, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps engineers to understand requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and ensure quality is built into every stage of development.
