Qualifications Required:

Education: BE/Bsc. IT/BCA/MCA.

Experience: Candidate should be 4-5 yrs experience in Technical Support.

Skills:

- Experience in Dot Net MVC/WCF, SQL server 2008, Oracle 10G.
- Monitor all the issue/task are attended and closed with given SLA.
- Tracking, reporting and building up of knowledge base for various types of incidents.
- Monitor and keep track of all document prepared by L1 & L2 for all resolution activities, communication related to support request/Incidents in the respective repository.
- Prepare monthly consolidate log sheet and attendance report for the team.
- Co-ordination with Bank IT for critical/escalated issue, Bank DBA Team and OS Team as and when required.
- Excellent knowledge on troubleshooting application level critical issues.
- Lead the team smartly, actively and get the work done without any escalations.




- To motivate the team to complete the task and learn recent things to improve the knowledge for better support.
- Necessary action need to be taken for the escalated mails or calls.
- Knowledge on troubleshooting application level critical issues, proactive monitoring, change management, problem management.

Responsibilities: To provide expert L3 support on process and products and to ensure a professional and consistent delivery of quality service to operation team and achievement of operational targets and manage workload

Other: Excellent ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, respond to requests for service/assistance.
