Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, preparing reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in the day-to-day accounting operations of the NBFC, Payday loan.

Job Title: Accounts Executive. (NBFC)

Industry: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Payday Loan.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process customer loan disbursements and repayment accounting.
- Reconcile loan portfolios and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and expense records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Understanding of loan accounting and NBFC operations.




- Knowledge of RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
- Experience with financial reconciliations and MIS reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter/CMA/MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an NBFC, Payday loan, banking, or financial services organization.
