Job Summary
Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and generating retail loan business. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Personal Loans, and other retail loan products.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and financial institutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with the operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Qualification
