Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architectwith 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of architectural drawings, and the ability to handle site coordinationand communication with. vendors /contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and 3D models.
- Support senior architects in concept development and design detailing.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Conduct regular site visitsto monitor progress, check quality, and ensure work is as per drawings.
- Prepare and update working drawings, presentation drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Manage documentation, reports, and communication related to project updates.
- Assist in material selection and specification finalization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Or Done a Diploma in Assistant Architect from recognize University
- 1–2 years of professional experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



Revit (optional), and MS Office.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site-related responsibilities independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility during site execution.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
