We are looking for a practical and reliable Soybean Field Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day field coordination for soybean cultivation and seed multiplication work around Chikkaballapur.

This is a hands-on agriculture field role. The person should be comfortable visiting farms regularly, coordinating with farmers and farm workers, tracking crop progress, managing local follow-ups, recording field observations, and reporting issues on time.

Experience with soybean cultivation, seed production, pulses, oilseeds, or similar field crops is highly preferred. Candidates from an agriculture background are welcome, but practical field experience and local coordination ability are more important than only educational qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day soybean field operations around Chikkaballapur.
- Support land preparation, sowing, seed use tracking, irrigation follow-up, weeding, crop protection, harvest planning, drying, cleaning, bagging, and storage.
- Maintain regular field logs with dates, crop stage, work completed, labor used, inputs applied, pest/disease observations, photos,



and pending actions.
- Track seed multiplication work carefully, including seed received, seed used, area sown, germination, plant stand, expected yield, harvest quantity, and storage details.
- Visit fields regularly and report crop issues quickly with clear photos, videos, and notes.
- Coordinate with local farmers, farm workers, tractor/operators, input dealers, transporters, and technical advisors when needed.
- Help ensure field activities happen on time and are not delayed due to missed follow-ups.
- Maintain straightforward records in WhatsApp, notebook, Google Sheets, or other formats as required.
- Share weekly updates covering field status, blockers, work completed, upcoming work, and decisions needed.
- Assist with small sample harvests, transport, or vendor coordination when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District)
