Sales Executive – Premium Residential

About Us: Mehta Real Estate is a premium Chennai-based real estate brokerage (since 1987), specializing in high-end residential rentals, apartment resales, and commercial deals.

Role Overview: We're looking for 2-3 Sales Executives to convert warm leads into closed apartment transactions. Each executive is assigned premium listings each quarter, along with active leads generated against those listings. Your core job: call leads promptly, qualify interest, and push them to book site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up on leads assigned against your listing
- Qualify buyer intent and budget within first conversation
- Convert calls into scheduled site visits
- Accompany or coordinate site visits with clients
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence until deal closure
- Update CRM/lead tracker daily with call outcomes and visit status

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of on-field sales experience (real estate, luxury retail, BFSI,



or similar face-to-face client-facing sales preferred)
- Strong phone communication — comfortable with high call volumes and objection handling
- Ability to convert conversations into site visit
- Presentable and confident for accompanying HNI clients on-site
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Own vehicle preferred

Compensation:

- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month fixed salary + attractive performance incentives on every closed deal
