Manage complete bodyshop operations including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
Conduct regular review meetings with bodyshop team (advisors, technicians, painters).
Ensure proper job allocation to technicians and monitor workflow for timely delivery
Oversee damage assessment, repair estimation, and approval processes
Coordinate with insurance companies for survey, approvals, and claim settlements
Ensure high-quality repair work to avoid repeat jobs and customer complaints
Handle customer escalations related to accident repairs and insurance claims
Monitor bodyshop revenue, labour sales, paint materials, and profitability
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
