Key Description

- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including resource planning, compliance adherence, and workforce management to maximize operational efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations, conducting performance reviews, and proactively addressing operational challenges.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor recruitment and field operations teams to streamline staffing processes, performance tracking, and service delivery.
- Business Growth Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts based on client growth and operational needs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all manpower deployment meets statutory requirements, documentation standards, and internal HR policy frameworks.
- Project Coordination: Manage communication between stakeholders, internal departments, and external vendors to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless project execution.
- Process Optimization: Implement improvements in resource mapping, candidate vetting,



and deployment logistics to reduce turnover and increase client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–7 years in Project Management, Operations, or Service Delivery within the Manpower Outsourcing, Staffing, or HR Consulting sector.
- Leadership & Coordination: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate complex deployment schedules, and drive performance targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel for data management) and experience utilizing CRM software to track project milestones and client communications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle negotiations, client reports, and inter-departmental briefings.
- Problem-Solving: Robust analytical mindset with the ability to handle on-site operational issues and client grievances effectively.
- Mobility: Readiness to travel to client locations for site audits, project alignment meetings, and operational reviews.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
