Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for hiring manpower for garment manufacturing and corporate functions. The role includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely recruitment of workers, staff, supervisors, merchandisers, quality, production, and other positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand manpower requirements from different departments.

Recruit supervisors, quality inspectors, merchandisers, designers, and office staff.

Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, social media, job fairs, and local recruitment drives.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Schedule interviews with department heads and management.

Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and induction.

Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports.





Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring targets.

Build a talent pipeline for future manpower requirements.

Coordinate with HR and factory teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills:

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in garment manufacturing recruitment.

Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.

Good negotiation and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Experience:

2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the garment manufacturing/export industry.

Pay: ₹16,868.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
