Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing warehouse dispatch operations, coordinating transportation, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Plan and monitor daily dispatch schedules
- Maintain delivery challans, LR copies, and transport documents
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers
- Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
- Update stock transfer entries and delivery status
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation
- Handle loading/unloading supervision
- Prepare logistics MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures
Experience:
- 1–3 years in warehouse / logistics operations
