About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing mechanical industry team in Mohali. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in accounting, finance, taxation, and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

* Assist in preparing invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries.

* Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.

* Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.

* Support GST filing, TDS documentation, and compliance activities.

* Maintain vendor and customer account records.

* Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting.

* Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.

* Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment processes.

* Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills





* Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.

* Familiarity with MS Excel and Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

* Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation concepts is preferred.

* Good numerical and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Positive communication and organizational skills.

* Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Pay: ₹10,659.50 - ₹13,586.93 per month
