Minimum Education Qualification: B.E/M.C.A from a reputed institution
1 - 2 years of experience in the Banking / NBFC / IT domain
Expertise in day-to-day Incident and Problem Management
Experience in Defect Management tools like JIRA / BUGZILLA / HP ALM tools preferred
Understanding of Applications like FCR / Finacle / Flexcube preferred
Worked on UAT, Production, and Post-production support setting
Experience in Lending applications - LOS / LMS / Collections or Retail Core Banking
Team player with the ability to manage the ownership of assigned tasks
Proactive and have the right attitude to get things done within the stipulated timelines

Varthana is looking for an L1 Support Executive who will be supporting the business users. The candidate should understand how the technology fits into the context of other technical abilities, customer needs, business impact, and corporate strategy.
Key Role Deliverables
Incident and Problem Management: Logging of bugs/ defects and tracking them to closure
Carrying out all necessary deployments, including release management and deployment schedules, to be carried out for daily bug fixes and changes incorporated into the Varthana Application space.
Providing functional support for later-implemented new apps as well as current business applications
Ensuring that every case is resolved within the SLA.
Relationship Management: Managing productivity and ensuring that customers experience the superior service they require.
